This location is doing well in terms of overall performance, with a strong commitment to quality and a very good pricing strategy. The staff are welcoming and helpful, with many clients feeling like they are being treated like family. However, there are some concerns about accessibility, with one client reporting difficulty in getting in touch with the organization due to communication barriers. Additionally, there are issues with some of the materials and appliances used in the homes, such as AC units that have been known to be faulty and expensive to replace. Despite these issues, the organization seems to be doing a good job in helping those in need, and the staff are dedicated to their work. Overall, this location is doing well, but could benefit from addressing some of the issues that have been raised by clients.
