I visited the H.I. Development Corporation location at Building 111, W Fortune St Street, Tampa City. The business provides legal services and business development solutions, and I found their expertise to be decent. The quality of work is good but not exceptional. The working hours are standard and convenient, ranging from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday. The location is wheelchair accessible, which is a definite plus. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes their responses are not entirely clear. The web link http://www.hidevelopment.com/ provides a good overview of their services, but some of the information could be more detailed. The one thing that stood out to me was the relatively high price point for their services, which may be a barrier for some potential clients. The wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance are definitely a plus. It would be great to see more regular updates on the web link to keep clients informed about new developments.
