This business location has a decent overall score. The accessibility feature of a wheelchair accessible parking lot is a definite plus. Working hours are standard and consistent throughout the week, which is convenient for customers. The quality of services seems to be somewhat average, which may be due to the variety of services offered, including shipping and home delivery. The staff might need some training to improve the quality of services. However, it's also possible that the quality is satisfactory for the types of services provided.Pricing is very competitive, making this location a good choice for customers on a budget. However, one issue to note is the limited staff availability during peak hours, which can lead to delays and additional costs for customers. The level of innovativeness is impressive, with the implementation of a modern shipping company system. This allows for faster and more efficient delivery services, which is a major advantage for customers. However, more emphasis could be placed on customer service and support to create a more personalized experience.Despite some areas for improvement, this business location is a reliable option for customers looking for shipping services and home delivery.
