This location seems to have mixed reviews from the community. Some people have had positive experiences, mentioning that it's a nice and peaceful place to live with remodeled mobile homes. Others have had negative experiences, citing issues with the trailers being in poor condition, unaddressed repairs, and unprofessional management. Some reviewers have also mentioned that the contact number listed is incorrect, leading to difficulty in getting information. The pricing of the location is unclear from the reviews, as some mention that the rent increased significantly during their stay. Overall, the quality of the location seems to be inconsistent, with some areas being well-maintained and others being neglected.
