This location seems to be a great place to be a part of the community. The building is old, but it has its own charm, and some people might find it a bit outdated. However, the best views in Sarasota are a definite plus. Being located in the heart of the downtown area, it's close to the best restaurants, bars, and only a short drive away from the beautiful beaches. This place is truly home for many, and it's great that it hosts events like the seafood festival. Some of the best neighbors can be found here, making it a wonderful community to be a part of. On the other hand, the best views come with the price, and some people might find the place too expensive. Overall, it's a great place with its own unique character, but it could use some modernization.
