I visited this storage facility located on Walsingham Rd Road, and overall, I had a decent experience. The staff was friendly, and the parking lot is easily accessible, which is great for those with mobility issues. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with an entrance that can accommodate wheelchairs. However, I did notice a couple of issues. The power in one of the units was disconnected, and a light had been out for over a year. This made it difficult for tenants to search for items in the unit, especially at night. A ladder would be helpful for reaching the high ceiling.The facility has working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, it's not open on weekends. The co-brand, Gulfside Storage, seems to be a reputable company, and I'm sure they're working to address any issues that may arise.The price point for the storage units seems to be competitive, but the quality of the units and the services offered could be improved. Overall, it's an okay storage facility, but it has room for growth and improvement. The main issue here is the lack of maintenance in some units, which can be frustrating for tenants.
