This business location offers a variety of services for entertainment and events, including party equipment rental. They have a well-equipped building with wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. The staff is very professional and reliable, as many customers have reported receiving their orders on time and at the best price in town. One of the strong points of this business is its competitive pricing, making it an excellent choice for those looking for affordable options. The quality of their services, however, could be improved, as there have been instances of damaged or defective equipment. The owner and staff are responsive to customer concerns, as seen in their prompt responses to issues and complaints. They go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, which is evident in the numerous positive reviews.Unfortunately, there have been instances of poor customer service, with some customers reporting rude and uninterested representatives. This suggests a need for improved customer service training to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The business is conveniently located on Brooker Creek Blvd Boulevard in Oldsmar City, with clear working hours on weekdays. They accept debit and credit cards as payment options.Overall, this business location is a reliable choice for those seeking party equipment rental services, with room for improvement in customer service and quality control.
