This location is a real estate rental agency that specializes in vacation rentals and homes for sale on Manasota Key and in Englewood, FL. The office is wheelchair accessible, and clients can browse properties on their website. The team appears to be dedicated to their clients, with property managers like Samantha going above and beyond to care for tenants. However, there is an issue with the quality of some properties being rented out, as evidenced by one client's experience with a filthy and disrepair property that was not properly prepared for their stay.
Despite the issues, the team seems to be committed to fixing problems and providing good service. One client praised the office's great pricing and excellent care for rentals. However, the negative experiences may be a concern for potential clients. It is essential to carefully review properties before renting to avoid any issues. The office's commitment to customer satisfaction and quality is commendable, and they seem to be working towards improving their services. However, they may need to focus on ensuring that all properties meet a certain standard of quality before renting them out.
