One major issue I faced was with the villa in Cape Coral, which was a holiday we had saved up for and looked forward to for over a year. The villa completely disappeared from the website, and it took several emails and phone calls to get any kind of response from the company. When we finally arrived at the villa, we found that it was not clean, and the air conditioning was not working properly. The owners' boat was also moored to the dock, which was not what we were expecting. The pool was also not clean, and the filter was not working. These issues were not resolved, and we were left feeling disappointed and frustrated. Despite this issue, I still think that Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals has a lot to offer, and I would recommend it to others. However, I would caution people to be aware of the potential issues and to carefully read the reviews and descriptions of the rentals before booking.
