Grove Getaway is a charming and well-maintained guesthouse located in a historic property in Sarasota City. The stylish and tropical carriage house offers a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a getaway. The decor is lovely and not overly cluttered, with everything you might need available. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the mattress and bedding are comfortable. The bathroom is simple and clean, with great hot water. The linens and towels are fresh and clean, with no overpowering scents. The communication with the host, Lauren, is superb, and she goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Although some amenities like the pool and bikes are available, they were not used during this visit due to other commitments. The welcome was kind and the stay was definitely memorable. One notable issue with Grove Getaway is that the guesthouse can feel a bit small, which may not be suitable for guests who prefer more space.
