This sports club located at Building 3515, Camelot Dr Drive in Haines City City is a bit of a letdown. It's a shame, considering its potential, but the issues are hard to ignore. The address seems to be shared with another business, Grenfel, which might indicate some confusion or lack of organization. The quality of the services offered here is unfortunately not up to par, with numerous complaints about the experience. The prices are steep, which might be a turn-off for some potential customers. As for innovativeness, it's hard to say without more information. The only notable issue here is the offensive language used by one of the clients, which is completely unacceptable. The staff seems to be unprepared to handle even basic requests, which suggests a lack of training or resources. The facilities appear to be outdated and in need of renovation. Overall, this sports club falls short in many areas, and it's hard to see it becoming a go-to destination anytime soon.
