This business location, Sports & Fitness, has its physical address located at Building 649, E Gulf To Lake Hwy Highway in Lecanto City. They can be reached via phone at +13527267276. Interestingly, they seem to be associated with Gregs Marcite. Unfortunately, the experience of visiting this business has been marred by a few recurring issues. Most notably, the lack of responsiveness from their staff has been a major point of contention. In fact, several customers have reported being left without a response after multiple attempts to get in touch. This lack of communication is not only frustrating but also raises concerns about the company's commitment to its clients. One customer even reported having their appointment cancelled due to an estimator's illness and never being followed up or rescheduled. This lack of professionalism is not just limited to communication; it also extends to the way they manage their clients' time. Additionally, there have been instances where customers have been left waiting or without any updates on their appointments. This lack of accountability and responsibility towards their clients is alarming and suggests that the business may not be prioritizing its customers' needs. While some customers have reported a sense of innovation in the company's approach, it is overshadowed by the significant issues that have been reported. Unfortunately, the lack of responsiveness has been a persistent issue at this business location.
