This business location has been visited several times, but the results were not consistent. One customer was extremely happy with the service, calling the staff "very friendly" and "very helpful". On the other hand, multiple customers experienced poor service, with one person stating that they were scheduled multiple times but no one showed up. Another customer reported that the technician was "rude and disrespectful". The business's rating is low, at 2.0. The phone number and address provided, +18632266671 and Building 200, E Van Street, Floor eet Dr, Bartow City respectively, suggest that this location is part of a larger company, Gregory Locksmith Pros. However, it's unclear how this location fits into the overall brand strategy, or if it is indeed a legitimate business. The phone number may have been changed, which could be another reason why customers are having trouble getting in contact with the company. A major issue that needs to be addressed is the lack of follow-through on appointments and the rudeness of some staff members. If these problems are not fixed, it's unlikely that customers will continue to return to this location.
