The location is wheelchair accessible, which makes it convenient for residents and visitors. The staff has become like a family to some of the residents, who have received excellent care and support. However, some past issues with the facility's maintenance and food quality have raised concerns. The building's interior and exterior could use some updates to make it more inviting. Despite these issues, the staff is extremely nice and caring, but needs to improve the food and overall environment to meet the needs of its residents.
