This location seems to be doing a great job in providing top-notch services to its customers. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, as mentioned by multiple clients. Steven, one of the owners, is particularly praised for his expertise and responsiveness. He takes the time to walk through yards with clients, explaining his plan and answering any questions they may have. The services offered by Greener Heights Lawn & Pest include weed control, lawn pest control, and lawn mowing and maintenance. Clients have expressed satisfaction with the results, with many reporting that their lawns have never looked better. The prices are also considered to be great value for the services provided. One of the standout features of this location is the owner's personal touch and commitment to customer satisfaction. He has been known to personally visit clients' homes to check on their lawns and address any concerns they may have. This level of service and care has built a loyal customer base, with many clients recommending the company to their friends and neighbors. The only potential area for improvement is the company's innovativeness, as this aspect of the business has not been thoroughly evaluated. However, based on the glowing reviews and testimonials, it seems that Greener Heights is exceling in all other aspects of its business. It is worth noting that some clients have previously used other lawn services, such as Massey or TruGreen, and have been impressed by the superior results they received from Greener Heights. This suggests that the company is doing something right, and that its services are setting it apart from the competition.
