The location has a decent overall rating, but the quality of service seems to be inconsistent, with some patients experiencing unprofessional and incompetent staff. The pricing, on the other hand, seems to be reasonable and competitive. However, the innovativeness of the location could be improved, as some patients have reported that the office feels outdated and unprofessional. Some of the most common complaints about the location include unprofessional staff, long wait times, and unexpected billing charges. However, there are also many positive reviews about the friendly and welcoming staff, quick appointment scheduling, and high-quality dental care. It's worth noting that there is a lack of transparency and clear communication between the staff and patients, which has led to misunderstandings and mistrust. This is evident in some reviews where patients feel that the staff is unresponsive to their concerns or needs.
