The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well-maintained and clean, making it a pleasure to shop. The staff is welcoming and willing to assist with finding the perfect gift. The store also accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. One issue to note is the staff's somewhat intense surveillance of customers, which can make some people feel uncomfortable. However, this may be a result of the store's efforts to prevent theft.Overall, GiftsNBeyond is a great place to find unique gifts and souvenirs, especially for Disney and Florida enthusiasts. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. With a little improvement in customer service, GiftsNBeyond could be an even better shopping experience.
