I recently visited the financial services office located in Kissimmee City and had a decent experience overall. The staff seemed to know their stuff when it came to navigating the complexities of visa consulting. The office is conveniently located in Building 3050, and getting there was relatively easy. Payments with credit or debit cards are accepted, which was a nice touch. The Green Card program consulting services seem to be their main focus, and they even offer some guidance on how to participate in the lottery. However, I felt that the quality of the services was somewhat lacking, which brought down the overall score. Unfortunately, the team didn't really seem to be pushing the boundaries of innovation, sticking to more traditional approaches. The office is clean and organized, with a professional atmosphere. It would be great to see them take a more comprehensive approach to financial services, rather than just focusing on visa consulting.
