The business appears to be well-established, with a good reputation in the Sarasota area. They offer a range of services, including real estate appraisal and home appraisals. The staff is professional and prompt, with a focus on accuracy and respect for clients' needs. The pricing seems fair, considering the services offered. However, there seems to be a potential issue with responsiveness, as some clients have reported difficulty in getting information or assistance from the appraiser or management.
One of the clients praised the comps selected by the appraiser, saying the price seemed fair and the report was thorough. Another client had a similar experience, praising the professionalism, promptness, accuracy, and respect shown by the appraiser. On the other hand, a client expressed disappointment with the way their inquiries were handled, stating that they were denied contact with the appraiser despite following the agreed-upon procedure.
The business has a co-brand partnership with Greber Appraisal of Florida LLC, suggesting a level of expertise and experience in the field. The overall rating from third-party sources is 3.7, indicating a generally positive but not outstanding reputation.
Overall, this business seems to be a solid choice for those seeking real estate appraisal and home appraisal services in the Sarasota area, but may require some improvement in terms of responsiveness to clients' needs.
