I have visited this real estate location and it seems like it's doing a good job in overall performance. The quality of service is decent, but there's some room for improvement. The price is quite reasonable and competitive in the market. This location offers some innovative ideas in the house rental business, making it stand out from others. One thing that caught my attention is that the building could use some maintenance. There are some minor issues with the interior design that need to be addressed. The Great Home, Mickey, Harry Potter Beds, and Top Spot co-brands give a clear impression of the place's theme and atmosphere, making it attractive for renters who are looking for a unique experience. However, I wasn't impressed with the variety of villas available for rent. The selection is limited, and it might not cater to all types of renters. The address Building 3153, Pequod Pl Place, Kissimmee City is easily accessible and located in a convenient area.
