I've been to this dental office several times and overall, I have a positive experience. The quality of care is high, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. However, I do think that they could improve their response to billing and insurance issues, which seems to be a common problem for some patients. One of the issues is that the office seems to be always having miscommunication with the patients, often having patients wait for a long time to be called in for their appointments. Additionally, I've noticed that they don't seem to have a clear policy for handling billing and insurance issues, which can be frustrating for patients. Despite these issues, the doctors and staff are very professional and caring, and I would still recommend this office to others.
