This location has been providing good service to most customers. The staff is often praised for being friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Many customers appreciate the convenience of having their vehicle serviced, including oil changes, tire rotations, and car washes. The prices are generally considered to be reasonable, and some customers have received discounts for being veterans or law enforcement officers. However, there have been some issues with workmanship, such as over-tightened oil drain plugs and stripped wheel bolts. It's essential to communicate clearly with the staff to ensure that your vehicle is serviced correctly. The location is clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable waiting area that offers refreshments. The staff is willing to go the extra mile to make customers happy, but they may not always follow through on their promises. Overall, this location is a good option for those in the area, but it's crucial to be aware of the potential issues and to communicate effectively with the staff.
