We were pleased with our experience at Grande Bay Apartments. The location was excellent, with beautiful waterfront views and a convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. The apartments were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. However, we did experience some issues with pests and drainage, which were promptly addressed by the maintenance team.The prices were reasonable, especially considering the amenities and location. However, we did feel that some of the amenities, such as the pool and gym, were not well-maintained.One of the standout features of Grande Bay Apartments was the quality of the staff. They were always available to help with any issues or concerns we had, and they went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our living situation.Unfortunately, we did experience some issues with pests and drainage, which were promptly addressed by the maintenance team. However, we would suggest that the management and maintenance team focus on improving the quality of the amenities and addressing some of the issues with pests and drainage.It's worth noting that we did experience some issues with the property manager, who was unprofessional and unresponsive to our concerns. However, the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in our overall experience.
