This location is a great place for those looking for a well-rounded education and fitness experience. The variety of classes, including jiu-jitsu and self-defense, makes it an ideal spot for individuals of all ages and skill levels. The welcoming and family-oriented environment, as described by many clients, is certainly a plus. The instructors, particularly Professor Lucas, are highly skilled and dedicated to their students' progress. His emphasis on respect, discipline, and self-improvement resonates with many who have trained here. The atmosphere is described as positive and supportive, with a strong sense of community among students and staff. One of the notable strengths of this location is its accessibility, both physically and financially. The free parking lot, wheelchair-accessible facilities, and affordable pricing make it easy for anyone to join and participate. However, it's worth noting that the location has limited working hours, with some days closed entirely. This might be a drawback for those looking to train at specific times. Despite this, the clients' feedback suggests that the quality of instruction and the sense of community make it well worth the occasional inconvenience.Overall, this location is an excellent choice for those seeking a comprehensive education and fitness experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.
