The business location of Maronda Homes at Thonotosassa is a decent place to consider for home buying, with good ratings from most of the clients who provided feedback. The quality of the services is one of the strongest aspects of the business, with many clients praising the professionalism and helpfulness of the sales staff, particularly Marie and Laura. However, there is a notable exception in one of the reviews where the client experienced poor communication and misleading information from the sales team. The pricing of the homes seems to be reasonable, and many clients were satisfied with the value they got for their money. On the other hand, the innovativeness of the business seems to be limited, as many of the clients mentioned that they were not impressed with the floor plans and designs of the homes. There are some quality issues that the business needs to address, such as the problem with the grading and water collection in one of the client's yards. The customer service seems to be a priority for the business, with many clients receiving prompt and helpful responses from the staff. However, there are some issues with the responsiveness of the staff, particularly in one case where the client felt that the staff was not taking their concerns seriously. Overall, the business location of Maronda Homes at Thonotosassa is a decent place to consider for home buying, but it has some areas that need improvement. One of the major concerns with the business is the issue of honesty and transparency. In one of the reviews, a client mentioned that the sales team was misleading and lied to them about the HOA fees and what was included in the sale. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed by the business. Additionally, there were some quality control issues mentioned in the reviews, such as the problem with the grading and water collection in one of the client's yards. The business needs to work on improving its communication with clients, particularly when it comes to issues with the home building process. Some clients felt that they were not kept informed about the progress of their homes, and that the staff was not responsive to their concerns. On the positive side, many clients praised the professionalism and helpfulness of the sales staff, particularly Marie and Laura. They also mentioned that the homes were of good quality and that the value was reasonable. However, the business needs to work on improving its innovativeness and offering more diverse and appealing floor plans and designs. Overall, the business location of Maronda Homes at Thonotosassa is a decent place to consider for home buying, but it has some areas that need improvement. The business needs to work on addressing the issues of honesty and transparency, improving its communication with clients, and innovating its products and services.
