I had a wonderful experience at Grace Hope Counseling, with both of the counselors, NaKita and Lashelia. They are truly dedicated and compassionate individuals who provide exceptional care and support. Their ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients is remarkable, and I felt seen and heard in every session. The counseling services are top-notch, with a strong focus on faith and spirituality, which resonated deeply with me. The staff is professional, friendly, and responsive, making the overall experience truly special. The location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, entrance, and restroom. However, it seems that the office has a tendency to cancel appointments at times, which can be frustrating for clients. This was the only issue I encountered during my time at Grace Hope Counseling. Overall, I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a supportive and non-judgmental space to work through their challenges.
