This location is a great destination for those looking for high-quality jewelry. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. The store has a wide selection of beautifully designed pieces, including 14k gold necklaces, hoop earrings, and stacking rings. One issue to note is that the store can be quite pricey, which may be a deterrent for some customers. The staff is very accommodating, offering gift wrapping and helping customers find the perfect piece. Many customers have reported having excellent experiences, with staff members like Josie, Val, and Nicole going above and beyond to assist them. However, there have been some instances where customers felt that the staff was not helpful, such as in the case of a customer who was looking for items within a specific budget. The store's working hours are convenient, with extended hours on weekdays and weekends. The location is also wheelchair accessible, making it easy for customers with mobility issues to visit.Overall, this location is a great destination for those looking for high-quality jewelry and excellent customer service. However, the prices may be a deterrent for some customers.
