GOODFELLAS AUTO LLC is a used car dealership located at Building 7740, Ulmerton Rd Road in Largo City. The business has received a high rating from customers, with most reviewers praising the dealership's staff, particularly Omar, for their professionalism, honesty, and helpfulness. Many customers have reported having a positive experience with the dealership, citing the staff's willingness to work with them to find a suitable vehicle, fair prices, and excellent customer service. Some reviewers have also appreciated the dealership's willingness to go above and beyond to resolve issues with their vehicles. However, there are some negative reviews from customers who had issues with the vehicles they purchased. Some reviewers have reported that the vehicles they bought from the dealership had problems, such as transmission issues, oil leaks, and faulty sensors. In some cases, the dealership was accused of selling vehicles with hidden problems or failing to disclose known issues with the vehicles. One reviewer reported that the dealership sold them a vehicle with a faulty transmission, which failed shortly after they purchased it. Another reviewer claimed that the dealership's "mechanics" fixed the car's problems temporarily, but the issues returned soon after. Some reviewers have also accused the dealership of being dishonest or deceitful in their sales practices. One reviewer reported that the dealership's salesman, Solomon, lied to them about the vehicle's condition and then refused to make repairs when the issues arose.Overall, it appears that GOODFELLAS AUTO LLC has a mixed reputation, with some customers having positive experiences and others experiencing problems with the vehicles they purchased. While the dealership has received praise for its staff and customer service, it is essential for potential customers to be aware of the potential risks and do their due diligence before making a purchase. It is worth noting that the dealership's management has responded to some of the negative reviews, apologizing for the issues and attempting to resolve them. However, the consistency of these responses and the dealership's willingness to address customer concerns are unclear.A critical issue highlighted in this review is the potential for dishonest sales practices and the sale of vehicles with hidden problems. Potential customers should be cautious and do their research before making a purchase, ensuring they understand the vehicle's condition and the dealership's sales policies.
