I had a very positive experience with Good Life Pools. They are a professional and reliable company that provides excellent service. Their communication is excellent, and they are always prompt and courteous. They have a team of knowledgeable and skilled technicians who take the time to explain everything they do and answer any questions you may have. They are also very responsive to any issues that may arise and work to resolve them quickly. I highly recommend Good Life Pools for all your pool needs.However, I did have one issue with a company representative, Sergey, who damaged our lanai door and was extremely rude when I asked him to come and repair it. This incident was a major disappointment and makes me worry about the quality of service they may provide in the future. I would suggest that they work on addressing this issue and improving their customer service skills.
