The reviewed business location is a great place to sell gold and other jewelry items, with an excellent team that provides quick and easy service, but also professional and thorough. Many customers have praised the representatives' knowledge, transparency, and honesty, which makes them feel comfortable and confident in their transactions. The business offers a competitive price for the items, which is one of its greatest strengths. Some customers have mentioned receiving higher offers than expected, which speaks to the team's expertise and fair pricing. The business is wheelchair accessible and has a free parking lot, making it convenient for customers to visit. The working hours are a bit limited, but the staff is available during these times to provide excellent service. However, one potential issue that was mentioned by a customer is a discrepancy in the weight of a silver piece, which led to a lower offer than expected. This could be an area for improvement, as customers expect accurate weights and fair prices.Overall, the business location is a great option for those looking to sell their gold and other jewelry items, with a great team, competitive prices, and convenient location.
