Goldelm at Bennett Park is a mixed bag, with some excellent aspects and some areas for improvement. The pricing seems to be one of the strong points, with many residents praising the value for money. However, the quality of the apartments and amenities is a bit of a letdown, with some issues reported, such as leaky toilets, screeching dryers, and poor maintenance response. On the other hand, the innovativeness of the complex is notable, with many residents praising the modern finishes, resort-style pools, and other amenities. One major issue that stands out is the problem of noise from neighboring apartments, with some residents reporting that they can hear everything from above floors. This may be a deal-breaker for some potential residents. Overall, Goldelm at Bennett Park is a decent option for those looking for a affordable and modern living space, but it may not be the best choice for those who value quiet and peace.Note: I've based the review on the provided data, but please keep in mind that it's a general assessment and may not reflect the actual experience of individual residents.
