4.8

The Gold Seal Roofing company in St. Petersburg has a strong reputation for providing excellent roofing services. With an overall score of 4.8, they have consistently received high praise from their clients. The quality of their work is exceptional, with a score of 4.9, indicating that they deliver top-notch results every time. Their pricing is also very competitive, with a score of 4.9, showing that they offer great value for the price. While they may not be the most innovative in terms of new technologies or methods, their traditional approach to roofing has earned them a loyal customer base. The company's attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident in the numerous reviews from satisfied clients. Many have praised their professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness. They seem to take pride in their work, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The team is also known for being courteous and respectful, leaving the work site clean and free of debris. One of the notable issues is the lack of transparency in the communication process, as seen in one of the reviews. The company's communication style seems to be a bit disjointed, with some clients feeling like they were left in the dark or had to chase down answers. However, this appears to be an isolated incident, and the company has made efforts to improve their communication in recent years.Overall, Gold Seal Roofing is a reliable and trustworthy company that offers excellent roofing services at a competitive price. While they may not be perfect, their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in their reviews, and they are definitely worth considering for any roofing needs.
