The business is located in a shopping mall, making it easily accessible to customers. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with a salesman, Raj, receiving particular praise for his excellent customer service. The store offers a wide selection of jewelry and repair services, including custom work, at competitive prices. The business is family-run, with a husband-and-wife team running the store, and they take the time to get to know their customers and work with them to find the perfect piece. However, one issue to note is that there have been some instances where customers' items were damaged or not handled properly, such as a customer's pendant being corroded and scratched. Additionally, there have been some complaints about the business's policy on exchanges and refunds, with some customers feeling that they were not treated fairly. Despite these issues, the business has generally positive reviews and is well-liked by customers. The store's high rating on overall quality and innovativeness suggests that they are committed to providing a good experience for their customers.
