This GNC location is a well-established retail chain that caters to customers seeking health- and sports-related products. The store's accessibility is a major plus, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and onsite services available. In-store shopping and pickup options make it convenient for customers to browse and purchase products. The staff's knowledge and enthusiasm about the products are definite strengths. Many customers have praised the helpfulness and friendliness of employees, particularly Amy, who is highly knowledgeable and has a passion for the products. Some customers have also appreciated the manager's efforts to ensure a positive shopping experience. On the other hand, the store's hours of operation have been a point of contention for some customers. A few have mentioned that the mid-day closing has been inconvenient, leading to frustration and disappointment. While the variety of supplements and stock levels have generally been satisfactory, a few customers have noted that the sales tactics of some employees can be aggressive and pushy. This has led to a negative experience for some customers.Overall, this GNC location offers a well-stocked selection of health and sports-related products, convenient shopping options, and a knowledgeable staff. However, the inconsistent store hours and occasional aggressive sales tactics are drawbacks that need attention.
