This business location in Tampa City offers a range of services, including roof repair and installation, under the categories of Construction & Development, Roof Repair, and Roofing contractor. The accessibility features include a wheelchair accessible parking lot. They have working hours from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 8 pm, and Sunday, 7 am to 8 pm, with the phone number +18138721593.The business is associated with GMC Roofing Inc, which may indicate a partnership or affiliation. The third-party ratings are around 3.0 out of 5 stars, suggesting an average level of customer satisfaction. However, a notable issue is the lack of pricing transparency. It's not clear whether the prices are competitive or if there are any hidden costs.Additionally, one client had a very negative experience with the business, citing that the roofer was not licensed and installed poor-quality shingles that led to leaks. They also reported finding cigarette butts and bear cans on the job site. On the other hand, another client had a very positive experience, praising the business for their high-quality work, openness, and follow-up service. They mentioned that the business did their residential roof with the highest quality and was responsive to their needs, even when faced with unexpected issues.Overall, it seems that the business has some areas of improvement, particularly with regards to pricing transparency and customer satisfaction. However, they have also received positive reviews and appear to have a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
