GM Construction is a full-service design-build firm located in the Tampa Bay area. They specialize in large-scale remodels and custom new builds, offering a one-stop-shop approach for clients. The team at GM Construction is composed of experts in various fields, including design, construction, and project management. One of the standout features of GM Construction is their commitment to quality. They understand the importance of attention to detail and strive to deliver projects that exceed their clients' expectations. This is evident in their ability to listen to clients' goals and visions, and to bring them to life through their design and construction services.Pricing at GM Construction is transparent and reasonable. They work closely with clients to understand their budgets and preferences, and provide quotes that are tailored to their needs.Innovativeness is another area where GM Construction excels. Their team is constantly looking for ways to improve their processes and stay up-to-date with the latest design and construction trends. This is reflected in their ability to incorporate modern features and technologies into their projects while maintaining a sense of history and character. However, it's worth noting that not all clients have had a positive experience with GM Construction. One reviewer reported a series of issues, including a lack of transparency in pricing, mandatory interior design services, excessive charges, poor communication, and theft of personal belongings. These issues were not typical of the team's usual standards, and the company took steps to rectify the situation.Despite this, GM Construction has a strong reputation in the community, with many clients praising their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer service. They are a reliable partner for clients looking for a high-quality renovation experience.
