This medical service location, a family practice physician's office, has garnered excellent reviews from its clients. The doctors, especially Dr. Gloria Santayana, have received praise for their bedside manners, thoroughness, and kind attitude. They take the time to listen to patients' concerns and explain medical issues in a clear and concise manner. The staff is also commended for being friendly, efficient, and helpful. One patient was particularly impressed with the doctor's willingness to spend extra time to address their questions and concerns. Another patient appreciated the office's modern facilities and the fact that lab work was done on-site.However, there have been some instances where patients have experienced delays in getting seen by the doctor or have had to wait for extended periods. In one case, a patient reported having to wait an hour before being brought back from the waiting room. Another patient expressed disappointment with the receptionist, Evelyn, but was satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Santayana.
