This travel agency, Gina's Getaways LLC, located at Building 900, Old Combee Rd Road, Lakeland City, offers a range of services to help plan and book trips. One of the key highlights of the agency is its accessibility, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot making it easy for people with disabilities to visit. The agency is open 24/7, which is convenient for customers who want to plan their trips at any time. However, this also raises some concerns, as there is no clear indication of when the staff is available to assist customers. Some customers have reported having a positive experience with Gina's Getaways LLC, praising the agency's professionalism and attention to detail. They have also appreciated the agency's responsiveness and willingness to help with travel planning. On the other hand, some customers have had issues with the agency, citing concerns about the quality of service and the lack of transparency in pricing. One customer reported feeling misled about the details of their trip, and another customer had to pay extra for changes to their itinerary.Overall, the agency seems to have some strengths, such as its accessibility and responsiveness, but also some weaknesses, such as the quality of service and transparency in pricing. The agency's innovativeness is also unclear, as there is no clear indication of new or unique services being offered. It is worth noting that there are some inconsistencies in the agency's communication with customers, with some customers feeling frustrated by the agency's responses. However, the agency's owner has defended its practices and provided evidence to support its claims.
