Dr. Gilbert Postler and his team seem to be highly skilled and knowledgeable, with many patients praising their exceptional professionalism and bedside manner. Dr. Postler's approach incorporates European studies and he is thorough in his tests and explanations. Some patients have also appreciated the staff's kindness and willingness to answer questions.However, there are some concerns with the patient support. One patient reported having trouble rescheduling an appointment and receiving an invalid email address. They also had to wait nearly 20 minutes to speak with someone. The office's policy of not accepting cash-paying clients has also been a drawback for at least one patient. Another patient felt that the staff was cold and unfriendly, which was a negative aspect of their experience.
