This location is a convenient spot for community and waste management services. The accessibility features such as a wheelchair-accessible parking lot make it a welcoming place for everyone. The working hours are well-defined, and the phone number is readily available for inquiries. There are no significant drawbacks mentioned in the feedbacks, but one issue worth mentioning is the inconsistent sign and slow service experienced by one of the customers.Overall, this location seems to be well-maintained and offers a free dumping service for clean concrete, making it an attractive option for those in need. However, the prices for dumping trash are a bit steep, as mentioned by one customer. It's also worth noting that some customers have mentioned that the staff can be a bit picky about the rules, so it's a good idea to call ahead for clarification.Despite some minor issues, this location seems to be a reliable and efficient spot for waste management services, and the clean set-up makes it a great option for big truck users.
