This business is a unique experience for people looking to explore the Homosassa River. The GoBoats are electric, allowing for a peaceful and quiet ride, making it easier to spot wildlife such as manatees. The clear waters of the springs are a sight to see, and the boats are easy to navigate, even for those who are new to boating. The owners are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent communication and making the experience feel personalized. One notable issue is the inconsistent hours of operation, with some days closed, which may impact customers' plans. Nevertheless, the business has a strong reputation, with a 5-star rating from third-party sources and overwhelmingly positive reviews from customers who have rented the GoBoats.
