From the moment I entered the building, I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the welcoming atmosphere. The office is well-organized and clean, with a seamless check-in process that got me to the exam room quickly. Dr. Feliciano is an exceptional doctor who takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understand my condition and treatment options. He is kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares about his patients. The staff, including the nurses and assistants, are also very friendly and knowledgeable.While the office is well-organized, I did experience a wait in the exam room for about an hour before Dr. Feliciano saw me. However, this was not a major issue, and I was impressed with the attention to detail and the thoroughness of the examination.Overall, I would highly recommend Orthopaedic Associates of West Florida to anyone in need of orthopaedic care. The staff is friendly and professional, the office is clean and well-organized, and Dr. Feliciano is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about his patients.
