This location has a good reputation among customers, with a high overall score and excellent pricing. The quality of the vehicles sold here is also commendable, with many customers leaving positive reviews about their experiences. However, there seems to be an issue with the inventory quality, with one customer reporting a dead battery and engine light on the car they bought, and another customer finding shotty work on a vehicle they purchased. The innovativeness of the business is also noteworthy, with a user-friendly website and a variety of vehicles to choose from. The staff is also praised for being friendly and helpful, with many customers mentioning Shannon by name. Overall, Genesis Auto Sales seems to be a reliable and trustworthy option for used car buyers.
