This review is about a construction and development company that provides plumbing services, among other things. The company is located in St. Petersburg City and has a website, but it seems to have a poor reputation based on customer reviews. The overall score is 2.4 out of 5, which suggests that the company has some issues that need to be addressed. The quality score is 2.2, which is the lowest among the categories. This suggests that customers have been unhappy with the quality of work provided by the company. The pricing score is 4.8, which suggests that the company is reasonably priced. However, this may not be enough to save the company from its overall poor reputation. There is no innovativeness score, as there is not enough information available. One major issue with this company is the lack of communication and customer service. Several customers have reported being ignored or dismissed by the company, which is a major red flag. Another issue is the quality of work, with several customers reporting shoddy or incomplete work. It's worth noting that the company seems to have a lot of disputes with customers, and it's not clear how they resolve these issues. In some cases, customers have reported being threatened or bullied by the company.Overall, this company seems to have a lot of issues that need to be addressed. While it may be reasonably priced, the lack of quality work and poor customer service make it difficult to recommend. Some of the specific issues mentioned by customers include:* Poor communication and customer service* Shoddy or incomplete work* Overcharging or unfair labor costs* Lack of transparency or documentation* Threats or bullying of customersIt's worth taking these issues into consideration before using this company's services.
