Gate Precast is a well-established business located in Kissimmee City, with a variety of services and products that cater to different needs. As a real estate developer, building materials supplier, and construction company, they offer precast concrete systems in various colors, finishes, and shapes. Their systems can also include air, thermal, and vapor barriers. The business has a solid reputation, with a rating of 4.8 from third-party sources. Clients have generally had positive experiences, praising the company's services and staff. Some reviewers have mentioned the fast unloading of pallets and excellent service, while others have appreciated the quality of food and the friendly staff. However, one notable issue that has been raised by a truck driver is the long and painful journey to get to the location, especially for empty trucks. They mentioned spending around 3 hours for a 20-minute job, which could be a concern for those who need to visit the location frequently. The working hours of Gate Precast are Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot available. The business is also a partner of Gate Precast, a well-known brand in the industry. While Gate Precast has its strengths, including competitive pricing and a wide range of products, the quality of their services could be improved. The business's innovativeness is also noteworthy, as they continue to develop and offer new precast concrete systems to meet the evolving needs of their clients. Overall, Gate Precast is a solid choice for those looking for reliable and efficient construction services.
