Gasparilla Distillery & Cocktail Bar in Tampa, FL. Gasparilla Distillery & Cocktail Bar is a farm to bar top distillery and brewery. We distill, age, blend, and/or infuse all of our spirits in house from scratch. These can be bought by the bottle or you can sit down in our pirate bar to enjoy our spirits in all their glory, mixed with fresh ingredients in a delicious cocktail form. If cocktails aren't for everyone in your group, we also brew all of our own beer and hard seltzer that is available only at our bar.
