I visited Building 4234, Stratford Dr Drive, New Port Richey City, where Gardens of Beacon Square Condo is located. The address is easily accessible by car, and the building itself is wheelchair accessible with a parking lot and entrance for people with disabilities. The amenities offered by the complex, such as a swimming pool, are definitely a plus for potential residents.However, my experience with the HOA president left a lot to be desired. A family member and his friends were enjoying some quiet time by the water when they were suddenly yelled at and threatened by a grumpy HOA president who seemed more interested in being confrontational than welcoming. It's unfortunate that this kind of behavior exists within the community.On the other hand, many residents seem to be very happy with their living arrangements.
