I've been a patient of Dr. Kathryn Gard for several years now, and my experiences have been nothing short of exceptional. The office is always busy, but the staff is well-organized and efficient in getting patients seen in a timely manner. Dr. Gard is a highly skilled and knowledgeable OB-GYN who takes the time to listen to her patients and address their concerns. She has a kind bedside manner and is always patient and understanding. I've recommended her to several friends and family members, and they've all had great experiences with her as well.The office is clean and modern, with comfortable waiting areas and amenities such as a restroom and wheelchair accessibility. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they make an effort to make patients feel at ease.One thing that I would like to see improved is the communication between the office and patients. At times, I've had to call multiple times to confirm appointments or get questions answered, and I wish that there was a more streamlined system in place.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the care that I've received from Dr. Gard and the First Physicians Group. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled OB-GYN.As one of the clients pointed out, communication could be improved and this is a major concern and highlighted issue.
