The parking lot has its good and bad sides. It is conveniently located near the Tampa City area, with clear signs and easy access from E Whiting St Street. The parking lot itself is wheelchair accessible, which is a definite plus. However, there have been some issues with long wait times, especially after events like lightning games. Some visitors have reported waiting over an hour to leave the lot, which is unacceptable. One major drawback of this parking lot is the lack of staff presence. During busy hours, it can be challenging to find someone to help with parking or any issues that may arise. This is highlighted by a recent visitor's experience, where they waited over two hours to leave the lot after a game on the third floor of the garage. On the positive side, the parking lot accepts both debit and credit cards, making it convenient for visitors to pay. However, with such long wait times and poor staff presence, the overall experience falls short. A highlight of this parking lot is its reasonable pricing, with no complaints from visitors about being overcharged.Despite the issues mentioned, there is room for improvement, particularly in terms of staff presence and response times during busy periods. The absence of a detailed plan to mitigate these issues prevents the parking lot from achieving higher scores.
