Galaco Appliance Repair Plus LLC is a reliable and efficient appliance repair service located at Building 1170, Park Ln Lane, Unit 102, Davenport City. Their business hours are convenient, operating from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays. The quality of their services is exceptional, with a team of skilled professionals, led by Frank, who are knowledgeable and experienced in fixing various appliances. They provide prompt and reliable repairs, often completing the job in a single visit. The pricing of their services is reasonable, considering the quality of work and the expertise of their technicians. However, there have been instances where clients have felt that the initial estimate was not entirely accurate, leading to additional costs. One area of improvement is their customer service, particularly in handling complaints and resolving issues. A few clients have reported difficulties in getting refunds or resolving problems, which can impact their overall satisfaction.Overall, Galaco Appliance Repair Plus LLC is a trustworthy and competent appliance repair service, but they need to work on improving their customer service to match the high standards of their technical expertise.
